Swiss Days

So I went to Swiss Days on Friday this year. It is something I look forward to every year. This year however, very dissapointing. I came home with hair bows. That's it...hair bows. Brad was in shock. Normally I come home with piles and piles of crafy things. Not so much this year. I was pretty bummed out. So here are the bows I got. Pretty darn cute I think.

I began to feel so annoyed that I didn't find anything cute at Swiss Days so I ventured over to the good old Quilted Bear and found this...

This has got to be one of the cutest things I have ever seen! Don't you just love it! My day of fun was not over yet. Me and my bro Jake hung out at Fat Cats. He made me ride this ride where you design your rollercoaster and ride in a 3D cloustrophobic stupid cubical thing. Uggghhh...I hated it. I thought I was going to lose my dinner right then and there. Then we went and saw Disaster Movie...major mistake. Such a waste of two hours. Shoulda know. Anyway it was fun to hang with Jake. I'm gonna miss him when he goes!

The beginning......little bit scary (for her), kinda sad, but mostly exciting (for me)

Don't get me wrong when you read the title of this post. I do really love my kids. Hannah is the type of girl that gets bored pretty easily. So needless to say this has been a bit of a long summer trying to entertain the child. She really wanted to get back to school, and for my own sanity so did I. We have spent the week preparing....dodging vicious mothers for school supplies, sometimes it felt like the day after Thanksgiving shopping, cleaning house, doing laundry, so come school day no mommy chores for mommy! We laid out Hannah's clothes last night and talked about what would happen at "all day school". She was most nervous about lunch. They get two options on food and it was chicken nuggets or a cheeseburger. She says to me, "I am so nervous about lunch because I don't know if I can decide on what I want to eat that quickly!" What a sweetie! I said everything would be fine and each day we will go over the menu for the next day so she can decide what she wants so she doesn't get stressed out! lol! Brad has been out of town for a week, hence the no new posts, Heather, so this morning he gave Hannah a blessing. It was really sweet and even at the end Hannah was crying. I said it's ok honey, you will be fine. She said, "No mommy, it just gave me a happy feeling in here." and pointed to her heart. Yeah...boo hoo mom in motion. I started crying and Brad was like what in the world....poor guy....outnumbered by estrogen. So off to school she went, and home she came happy as can be. While she was gone Livie and I made her her favorite treat, rice krispies that said Happy 1st Day of School.

Livie starts preschool next week. All the sudden today I was thrust into being the boy part singing on the cd in the car and the prince and the boy this and boy that. I guess Livie was fed up on always being the boy and now that Hannah is gone that lucky job goes to me! Oh this week better go by fast!

Studly us......this was taken last year at Pineview! Look at Milo (the dog) he thinks he owns the pic...actually he does. That dog is the most spoiled thing! He was a natural in the picture taking.

So I got the...."you love your in-laws more!" speech from my dad the other day. He looked at my blog and saw the picture of Brad's parents and the girls. I don't have a pic of my fam. I felt pretty crappy after that. So here you go mom and dad!
I LOVE YOU!!!

My beautiful girls with g-pa and g-ma

My sis in law sent me this pic of the girls and Brad's parents at her wedding. Isn't it sooo stinkin cute! My only wish was that Boston was in it. What a perfect shot of the four of them!

Busy Bee, that would be me!

Lots to write about. I just want to start off by saying, if you haven't had the chance to read Breaking Dawn yet...DON'T BOTHER! I got to page 101 and stopped and refuse to read the rest. If you would like to know more about my decision to do so, ask and I will gladly tell! I don't want to spoil the book for anyone. That is all I will say about the Twilight saga....that is until December when the movie comes out. You have my word. On to more important things......My poor Boston has been so miserable for the past 2 weeks. We have taken him into two different doctors and both have said the same thing. He has restricted airways, which causes him to be wheezy and cough an awful lot! So he has a nebulizer and breaths in this medication that makes him all sorts of nuts. I call him Stitch...as in Lelo and Stitch. Cause that Stitch thing is crazy.
Boston kinda shakes and hits himself in the face. I know it sounds kinda freaky, but it only last a few minutes! Hopefully this will work and my happy, laid back boy will resurface soon. I know he's still in there somewhere. Also somewhere in the last 2 weeks I had a birthday and it was WONDERFUL! Brad let me go with my mom and bro to Park City. I bought so much stuff for our trip in Oct. Then my dad, other bro and sis in law met us at Macaronni Grill for lunch. Then we got home and Brad had a family party for me....it was such a great day! Thanks Brad! I forget how old I am so don't ask.....also in the last 2 weeks we have gone to Lagoon with grandma Sawyer, boating at Pineview, moving into the new Quilted Bear!, had a Scensy party and got my very first Enrichment Night over with! Our trip can't come soon enough, I'm exausted and ready to relax....only 57 more sleeps!

It's here, it's here......

So I had so much fun on Friday night! I am still trying to recover. My sister in law and I invited all of our friends to go out to dinner at Boston's. We stayed there and talked and talked, it was like 7:00 when we got there and we look at the clock and it was 9:30! Our movie was about to start in like 20 minutes! We saw Mama Mia, which was my second time seeing it and my friend Jana's 4th! Such a fun movie. A little corny, but fun. So then we treked over to Barnes and Noble and there were like two thousand people there! Insaneness! When 12:00 came everyone was screaming so loud....it reminded me of the day after Thanksgiving shopping. A couple of days before they handed out wrist bands with a character from the book on it. We were Victoria which was group 11 out of 33 groups! It went by pretty fast though. On the way home Jeana was reading the book outloud in the car while I was driving! I got home at 2:00 in the morning. Countdown is on now for the movie! 12-12-08....
