A St. Patrick's Day of Fun

Happy St. Patrick's Day!

We spent our morning on a fun treasure hunt!  This Leprechaun had us running all over...

This pot of gold was worth the hunt....full of all sorts of yummies.  My kids favorite chips, Lucky Charm bars, Reese's cups, Rolos and other junk :)  They were thrilled to say the least!

Then we walked into the kitchen to see this...

Lots of little Leprechaun feet.  At least he left a treat!

And you won't believe what he left in the toilet....I guess when you have to go, you have to go!
My kids laughed their head off :)

He couldn't leave without leaving a few more messes...

Did the little green man make it to your house?

Where did I find those adorable clues and bag toppers you ask?  Right here.

It's St. Patrick's Day....I forgot!

If you just woke up this morning and realized it's St. Patrick's Day and you have dittaly (is that even a word?) planned for the kiddos....don't fret. There are super simple things for you to do to get to hear those words, "You are the coolest mom ever!" today. Not that my kids say that to me. Maybe on a every three months plan. Hey, I'll take it.

You can print off some rainbows and write clues on the back of them and have them search
for their pot of gold once they get home from school.

For dinner we are having chicken wraps using spinach tortillas! Thanks to Sally for mentioning spinach noodles at the bus stop today! I never would have thunk it :)
Also green salad and grapes and for a drink some lime sherbet with 7 up poured on top....yum!

or get some of these and hide them around the house and have them go on a
St. Patrick's Day gold rolo hunt to see how many of them they can find.

Don't forget to check out my label under St. Patrick's Day for other ideas!

Happy Pinching Day!

Luck frames

Remember these? I decided to make some for St. Patricks Day since decor for this home is lacking for that holiday and the fact that I had a ton of decor marbles that I didn't know what to do with!

You need rainbows in there somewhere right?

Do you all decorate for EVERY holiday?

Linkin up all over...
