Giveaways and snacks....what more could you ask for?

This being my 100th post I have decided to do a giveaway, but before you get too excited, Mindy sit down...lol, I am going to have to postpone a little bit. You see I have a lady doing a whole new look for Livielou Boutique, it's own store so those of you who are unlucky and don't have a Quilted Bear in your midst can order online! I'm so excited. So the new site is still in construction mode, but will be ready by the beginning of next week. And I need your help promoting, so keep checking back.....In the meantime, I have just got done making the most wonderful snack and I really don't know why it's taken me this long to figure it out. It definitely would have saved me a TON of money.

Homemade Potato Chips.....yum (what a good little picture I took hu?!)

This next one is frozen red grapes....thanks to my friend Maria, I have been eating these grapes like this for years! They will satisfy that sweet tooth for sure!

Baby Animal Farm

On Friday we went with my friend Jana and her boys to the Baby Animal Farm up in Logan. The kids were so excited to be able to actually pet and hold the animals! They had pony and wagon rides, a treasure hunt, a candy cannon and tons of other things to do. After three hours we were exhausted!

Boston HATED the little duckling....probably because it was quacking like crazy and scary him!

Olivia, the brave little one in the fam, ate a Larvae.....so disgusting. It was BBQ flavored. I can't believe she did it!

All in all, a very fun day with the kids!

In the Motherhood

These are the funniest clips I have ever seen. They are from In the Motherhood the webisodes that they have now turned into a sitcom on ABC, Thursdays 8/7c! Make sure to pause my playlist at the bottom of the blog.

April Fools! I hate this day...

April Fools is my least favorite day of the year. Growing up in a house of all boys you would too. My brothers would play endless jokes non stop throughout the day. Classics which included: toothpaste in the oreos, taping the sink sprayer, money glued to the sidewalk outside, my mom would short sheet our beds. This didn't just end with my brothers, whoever I was dating would get in on it too. Cinder blocks under my car, saran wrap all around my car, stealing all of my pants and shorts from my bedroom so I didn't have anything to wear to class so I had to go in my pj's, I could go on and one. Let's just say I'm glad to be home with little one's who's ideas of April Fool's consist of "Mom there's a spider on your shirt!" I'm happy with that.
