Don't forget me...

Just wanted to let you all know that I won't be able to blog for the next two weeks!
I'm off to Girl's Camp tomorrow and the day after I get home, we are off to Yellowstone! I know I should have set up scheduled posts, but life has been busy and it didn't get done :(

Young Women's Handout

As I mentioned earlier, I have our churches Girl's Camp coming up on Monday. We are doing Tuck-in-Treats each night for the girls and mine had to go along with having a strong foundation in the Gospel. This is what I came up with. I share this with you hoping that you could use it as a handout in a lesson or at your own Girl's Camp!

I knew what I wanted to do as far as the candy, but finding them was a different story.
Turns out it wasn't as hard as I thought...
My mother found these adorable Lego, smartie like candies at a specialty candy shop.

Summer lazy-ish-ness

I don't know what it is about the summer, if it's the hotness and it sucks the energy right out of me and all I want to do is be lazy-ish, or if it's the fact that my kids want to be entertained every minute of the day.....but I just don't feel like crafting. Please tell me I'm not the only one? Maybe I'm alone in this after seeing all the wonderful projects linked up yesterday :)
My creative juices are shot.....I would love to get them back! I have had a lot of things going on and it's not about to stop. I have Girl's Camp next week and the day after I get home the whole fam is gone on vacation for another week! We get home the day before my "not so terribly exciting anymore" birthday. I have been trying to psych myself out saying "it's my golden birthday" (I turn 30 on the 30th), but I'm actually getting a little nauseous when I think about it.
Anyway, enough rambling from me....I do want to share with you some super cute ideas out there in blogland that I've stumbled upon.

The talent that Kimbo over at A Girl and A Glue Gun has is semi-sickening.....I mean that in the nicest way! What a fun play mat!

Thanks for hanging in there with me as I have been on a bit of a break. I am feeling SOOOO much better now! Can you believe I STILL have to wear this stupid boot.
